Fathers Day kisses & Giveaway with Braun #AD

If you are a regular reader of my blog you probably already know that John sports a beard, at times its been very big and wild and other times is neater and more styled, either way it's been a longtime since I've seen him with a smooth face and our eldest wouldn't want it any other way.

In fact I have mentioned before that John did shave it once when our eldest was about 2yrs old and wow was he upset! He was so distraught by this sudden change in his fathers appearance that John has never done it since and probably won't for a longtime if Mr A has anything to do with it.

The one thing I have noticed is that is has not changed how affection is show between the two of them and both our sons love nothing better than a tickly kiss off their Dad and that is what Fathers Day should be all about, the simple things. In a recent survey however it became apparent that the least favourite among children were fathers with stubble as no one likes a prickly kiss.

Every child though has their own preference and it's been really interesting to be apart of Brauns #TeamTickly vs #TeamSoft debate and hearing what other family bloggers and their children had to say on the matter. They put together a super cute video and even though both sides of the debate are very convincing I think we are on the side of #TeamTickly for the long haul.

    I am #TeamTickly because my partner is from a turkish background so has a very thick black beard and when he's without it, it doesnt look like him anymore!!

    I am definitely #TeamSoft my husband shaves daily as he is a soldier, so his beard grows in super sharp! I hate it when it's prickly.
