I love that we are all different and that no one person is the same, we all have our own likes and dislikes so having choices and variety when it comes to interiors and the furniture we choose to fill our homes with is important and the perfect way to express yourself, but having bespoke furniture made to size is usually out of most peoples budget, which is why I love Little Snug , they are a British based company that really get's it when it comes to individual needs at truly affordable prices. My kitchen wish list
So when we moved into our house, there was basically only one room finished and that was the kitchen and even though it's nice and large with an open plan feel it's not really our taste but we are not going to do any big changes as we plan to sell the house and the kitchen is very much a focus point but that doesn't mean we cannot dress it up with more personal objects which we have already started doing. Our first port of call is to change the bar stools as we want something more us, more simple with a country type feel but fits into the slightly modern look our kitchen has. Our kitchen when we moved in We have been looking around and have decided to go with something more natural and wooden and love the pop of red from this stool at Homebase as well as this plain white one from Ikea. I also tend to go with white and build on top of that but I am trying to bring more colour into our life and home and love the red stool which is reasonably priced at £85. I lo......
Me looking rather tanned after spending a summer in Cornwall How exactly does one become a fashionable driver? Do you think you automatically become one after buying a fast, expensive car? Do you have to match your bags and suitcases with your customised leather seats? Or do you have to be a great driver who knows all the latest motoring trends? It is truly an improvement for the world to have replaced the term ‘geek drivers’ with fashionable drivers. I guess geek drivers did not make enough of an impression previously to become the envy of the road, but the term fashionable drivers is now making waves in and around the industry. These F1 drivers sure know how to match their driving skills with their sense of style. You won’t ever be able to emulate a professional race driver in the cool stakes, but you can become a fashionable driver in your own right. Here are a few suggestions as to how to become the envy of the road. Know the road and follow the rules You might g......

Creating Custom T-Shirts from Scratch
I love the print on this t-shirt, would like to design something similar Creating and selling customised t-shirts can be very lucrative for anyone that enjoys combining business with creativity. This is a great niche business to be in because people from all walks of life love wearing custom t-shirts. Getting started requires several key steps. Choose a Design Theme Figuring out what type of designs to create requires doing a bit of research. Take a look at some design concepts that others are selling successfully. This will give you ideas for your own custom designs. This type of research is fun, but also be careful not to get bogged down with information overload. You can also check out popular culture references for humorous sayings that may work well on a tee. Creating the Design If you are gifted with design tools, you can probably put together a great looking graphic image fairly quickly. If you don't have any talent in this area, you can hire a ta......

Wardrobe inspiration
I love this simply style (image) It's one of those things we all need and use every day, it holds a lot about what we say about ourselves, what we wear, memories and is so much more than just a piece of furniture and yet so many of us are happy with ill fitted wardrobes or ones that are not practical or simply do not reflect you as a person and I am speaking from personal experience here. We have a large cumbersome wardrobe in pine (urgh) which is going to be having a huge overhaul this summer (getting out the sand paper and beautiful chalk paints), the thing is it's locally made so it's worth upgrading it but if I could start over again I would be tempted to go for something a little bit more custom When it comes to redesigning your wardrobe space keep a few things in mind 1. Keep it simple and go from there, the Scandinavians do this perfectly and you can always add as you go along 2. Work with what you have within the space you have, if you have ......

Boys Club - Create your own
Mr A in his Create your own Polo When we went to London in July we had the chance to pop into the Ralph Lauren Store on bond street which offer The Create your Own Polo experience in-store, a really unique concept where you can design your own polo and make something truly unique, a great present for the other half. The lapel options and lettering of the Create Your own Polo John loved the idea as you can pick what fit and finish you want, big or small pony, custom embroidery and placement and of course colour and finish. The process usually takes around an hour in-store but due to being on a time limit we decided to finish John and the little mans order online, which may I say is easy and efficient and something I am going to be locking away for Birthdays and Christmas's to come. The Create your Own experience in Ralph Lauren, London We thought it would be a great keepsake for both Mr A and John and we may even make it a yearly thing, as it would be gr......
