So with all the Royal Baby fever and everyone going into overdrive about the whole thing, to be honest I don't keep up with much of that but it does make me reflect on my own pregnancy and the excitement about the arrival date, nervous with what to expect and the instant love you feel when you hold your newborn for the first time and enjoying breastfeeding successfully. As I followed a fairly healthy eating plan throughout my pregnancy and remained active I was lucky enough to be back into my size 8/10 jeans within 10 days - yes this can happen without any crazy diets, of course I still needed to firm up but it was strange suddenly being able to fit normal clothes after a few months of being in maternity wear.
