Well as most know spring and summer are my favourite seasons of the year, I love how the whole world seems to come alive during these seasons, after a restful winter sleep it reawakens with beautiful colours everywhere with wonderful flowers blooming, creatures crawling and waking up from slumber and the sun shining down on your and warming up your soul. You cannot but help to also want to add more colour to your wardrobe as well, it only seems natural to join in with mother nature. I took a photo of these beautiful cherry blossoms on our walk early this week and they sum up this beautiful time of year. Signs of Spring
Our beautiful skeleton heart leaf we found So we have had some beautiful spring days over the past week, and of course we used them to the full, we have been exploring the local park with all it's little flower buds, twigs and fallen leaves which we have been collecting for our nature table at home. We had a lovely picnic out on the grass and watched ant's march up the wall. It was so nice to feel the sun on my face, even though it was short-lived. You can really start to feel the change in the season with it being lighter till later and all the flowers starting to bloom. We also had our first day of the year outside in just a jumper (warm jumper that is) instead of a winter jacket or mac. Little Mr A was also determined to wear his crocs We are very lucky to have a nice river walk not too far from our house, as little Mr A loves to look for ducks.
