Superga shoes for a super Dad

They say that the way to a mans heart is through there stomachs but not with John, oh no, in fact to be honest he has a much larger wardrobe than I do and more clothes to boot. After becoming a father I think everyones finances take a strain so when special days such as Fathers Day come around it's the  perfect way to treat him to something new, such as some shoes, some when the lovely people at Jacamo asked me to pick something for John that I thought he would love I knew straight away these Superga shoes would be perfect. John wears Superga Shoes, H&M shorts, Bathing Ape t-shirt, Ebbets Field Flannel cap Fathers Day is one of those special days we love to celebrate in our house. Mr A and John have such a special bond and the little man loves to make his Dad a card and bring it to him first thing in the morning and I also think it's great way to let the men in your life know how special they are as they can sometimes be overlooked. They have such fun together ......

Run to the sun

So if you don't live in the UK, let me paint a picture - Rain Rain Rain - for the last 3 weeks. Except on thursday, there was a break from the wet weather and though the sun didn't exactly shine it was dry. So as soon as we woke, we got ready and made our way down to the Welsh coast in the Vale of Glamorgan. We finally visited the Plough and Harrow Pub in Monknash - one of the oldest pubs in Wales and it had that real old world feel to it. Since John is on holiday he decided to go for the sinful homemade Steak and Ale pie (if you can't do it on holiday when can you?) and you really could taste the Ale, I went for a very yummy ham and new potato salad. The pub also had a nice beer garden for Arthur to run around in. After lunch we went for a drive to Nash Point lighthouse and St Donats through to Llantwit Major and had a lovely relaxing walk on the beach and watched the surfers while Mr A proceeded to get very wet and sandy, best day so far in our British summer.
