On the way back from our short city break to Brussels, we decided to stay an extra night in London, as we love any excuse to have some free time in one of our favourite cities although accommodation can be pricey in the Capital. We wanted something near St Pancreas as we were arriving into London around 6:00pm and did not want to be trekking across the city centre with loads of bags and a tired toddler so the newly renovated Travelodge Euston which is in walking distance from the Eurostar terminals seemed like a good option. The last time we stayed at a Travelodge was when Mr A was around a year and half years old on a short break in Bath, the Travelodge was housed in a beautiful old building and even though our stay was very comfortable the rooms could of done with a bit of a refurbishment so we were really keen to see what the new-look London Euston Travelodge would be like.
