Trip to the button shop
I love buttons and little things you can sow onto clothes....and I was over the moon when I came across this little gem of a shop in one of Cardiff's arcades.....Claire Grove's Button Shop I bought myself a few big buttons to make some brooches out of and smaller one's for earrings, gold anchor navy buttons to add some jazz to my vintage jacket and some cute blues to go on a pair of flat shoes....so lot's of little projects going. ...
So the sun is starting to fade in the UK....but that's no reason not to buy sunglasses. I picked these up in Cardiff at Hobo's and the beret at H&M. The Knitted jersey is from Kaliko, the black flower from Claires accessories and my mothers pearl necklace. Summer meet's winter....just fun...

Bauhaus and the City
So today I had a job interview at an up-market bar in the city centre. I wanted to be smart but casual and young but also individual. I really love my black rose broach, it's fun and can add a new dimension to what you are wearing. Also the seasons are changing, I can feel it in the air, summer is definitely on it's way out and autumn on it's way in, which means scarf-time!!! I love scarf’s. I treated myself to a much needed haircut at the Bauhaus, Cardiff and guessing from the Mod target in there window they where pretty up to date with 60's style's, with is what I left with. ...
