*This post contains affiliate links  We all like to start the New Year on a positive footing but what if your energy level is persistently low? Well, you are not alone! Many people experience low energy levels characterized by other symptoms like brain fog, moodiness, irritability, sore and achy muscles, dizziness, and headaches.  The energy decline could result from lifestyle factors or underlying health conditions. It is normal to feel tired, but chronic fatigue can affect the quality of your life. It might hurt your productivity levels in your daily routine plus you might not do the things you have always enjoyed doing. You will need to find the root cause to deal with your low energy levels.
