Sometimes it seems there isn't enough time in the day to do everything. Most of the time, people tend to prioritize other tasks and forget to take care of their health. Flying feet, my new running shoes

I was lucky enough to be asked to do a review of running shoes from sportshoes.com and having done sport my whole life and now having a little one to run around after it's great to find that little bit of time to myself to keep fit, especially in the New Year. I can't remember the last time I have a new pair of gym/running shoes, my last pair are a good few years old and I was in a real need of an upgrade.
