Boys Club - What they wore

mens shoes

So the two boys are officially back with their Boys Club posts and earlier this week they were off to visit the grandparents and decided to wear white shoes (may have not been such a great idea as Mr A loves mud but oh well). During the week it's all about running around outdoors, baking, crafts, getting messy and what not but when it come to seeing the in-laws John always take the opportunity to dress Mr A in a sort of mini-me kind of fashion and it's very sweet.

John is a shirt man, especially in the colder months and with the sun being out and it finally feeling like spring he woke up and said he just felt like wearing white as if to announce the coming of the lighter months, especially after what has seemed like the longest bout of rain we have ever seen.

Fred perry jacket
Mr A wears - Fred Perry Harrington, RL rugby shirt, Mini club jeans, converse shoes

With Mr A being quite slight it has meant we have got a lot of wear out of items we have picked up - this Fred Perry jacket was a Christmas present given to him more than a year ago and he still has a bit of room to go before he out-grows it. We managed to find his rugby style top in TKMaxx for a song and the jeans from Boots Mini Club, which make very reasonable children's clothing.

I cannot believe how much the little man is growing up before our eyes. He is so strong willed and independent it's scary and loves nothing more than running around outside or pottering in the garden with me, it's so fun to have a little buddy that loves being active and enjoyed our outdoor adventures as much as I do, although a "smarter' day out is seen as a treat for all of us and it's nice seeing him look like a cheeky little boy.

  1. I absolutely adore Mr A's jacket. I used to love Fred Perry when I was younger and would totally still dress almost entirely in that brand if I could. He looks awesome.
