What is summer without attending a wedding? I have to say I have never been a big wedding goer, some people spend not only hours but days preparing, instead I just like to see it as an opportunity to dress a little bit more formal but still having fun with it at the same time. I have been eyeing up the wide-leg jumpsuits trend for a while but being very petite (just under 5ft) it can be hard to find the right sizing in terms of leg length, luckily I came across this navy jumpsuit while in John Lewis an dit's made by Warehouse and thought why not, it's an outfit I could use not just for a wedding.
So instead of wearing heels as I did for the wedding in this outfit post I was heading out for a day in Cardiff and paired up the jumpsuit with my Birkenstocks for a more casual day look. Even though we have pretty much passed the teething stage with Mr G I am still loving my wooden teething necklace from Blue Brontide, it's so nice and chunky. You could also dress up this jumpsuit with a bit more colour and accessories if you wanted or a bolder jacket to wear with it as we move into Autumn.
You look great. I do love a jumpsuit. I have a few of them
ReplyDeleteI know they are always one of my go to pieces

I love your outfit! That jumpsuit looks great on you! I'm 1.75m tall and it's super difficult to find a jumpsuit that would look good on me.
ReplyDeleteOh wow that is really tall, I'm on the opposite scale of that and I am really short so the fit is not 100% but works for me

DeleteI love that jumpsuit! I'm always a fan, but I'm quite short so I tend to go for a shorter one.
