Us looking a little windswept on our little outdoor ramble this weekend |
For the first couple of weeks I felt really fowl, very tired and very nauseous, luckily this phase has seemed to passed over, the only different between this pregnancy and the first one is that I have felt incredibly hungry since the start which is something I didn't have the first time around. In fact I lost weight in the first 4 months of having Mr A as I couldn't stomach eating anything, this time it's gone haywire and all I have wanted is things I would never have such as processed food and salty food which I have been trying to channel in a more healthy way such as avocado dipped in soy sauce or a salad with Halloumi cheese, unfortunately this has only helped a little bit as I have put weight on much quicker this time around. Oh well I think you need to listen to your body.
Up to this point all I have been doing is trying to drink lots of water and remembering to take my pregnacare as this has gentle levels of iron to hopefully keep up my energy levels, I remembered they helped a little bit last time. Can't wait to keep everyone updated with our journey into the unknown of going from one child to two.
