Saturday Style jewellery wish list

12/10/2013

So I have not done a wish list in a while and having seen so many wonderful things of late I am really inspire to share what I am loving at the moment. I always find when autumn and winter creep in a nice chunky necklace or pretty bracelet can really liven an outfit up as well as being a "comfort" piece, similar to that of beautifully printed scarf or knitted mittens, this time of the year is just as much about accessories as that if a heady festival summer days. I am all about support local, independent and ethical makers and shops, here are my favourite picks

TigerLillyQuinn
Geometric Orange bead necklace

This wonderful chunky necklace comes from the lovely Tiger Lilly Quinn shop, you may have seen I mentioned her in the Bristol Bloggers Meetup - she currently has an online shop with some super cute and quirky things and the Acorn necklace which is now sold out and this Geometric orange bead necklace are my fave accessories and super reasonable at £9.99

JacAndElsie
Gold Friendship Wishbone necklace

As soon as I saw this fishbone inspired necklace with a tiny swarovski charm in the centre I was in love. This lovely little piece was jewellery was made from my amazing sponsor JacAndElsie, I really love her individual pieces which are beautifully whimsical and once again super reasonable with this necklace coming in at £6.44.

People Tree jewellery
Engraved Bangle

Most people know I am a huge People Tree fan, I mean they stock fair trade, ethical and organic products which are so unique and different to a lot of other stores and have a real "world" feel about them and they are having a sale at the moment - bonus! This delicate engraved bangle is a steal at £9 and really brings me back to the 90's when I had a lot of these type bangles rocking out in the sun in South Africa in my teens.

ethica jewellery
Labyrinth Gold Ring

What can I say this ring has a ethnic feel to it but it's also pretty bling and basically I want it on my fingers. I found this beauty via fashion-conscience for Mata Traders who make lovely boho pieces, a company I have never heard of before but sound fantastic with everything being designed in Chicago and handcrafted by fair trade women's cooperatives who ensure good working conditions and wages. This ring only comes in at £15, once again not budget breaking but still beautiful.

This is NOT a sponsored post - simply sharing the love
