175ml Low Fat Yogurt (I used Greek)
Approx 100ml soya milk (add to the consistency you want)
1 large egg
2 tbsp melted butter
2-3 tbsp Agave or honey
100g self-raising flour
50g soya flour
Simple easy peasy and top with whatever you want.
On another note I really wish I was in NYC for the Independent Fashion Bloggers conference at Milk Studios - so many amazing bloggers and speakers, plus magnum ice-cream are going to be serving up little luxury ice-creams , as well as there being a Nail bar and hair styling. Really really really wish I could go...boohoo for me, but hopefully a New York visit will be on the cards soon.
